When Dee Dee and Richard Stephens, the founder of Teen Advisors, attended the Vision to Grow process for their local church in Columbus, Georgia, they had no idea what God was brewing. As they reflected on the fruitfulness of that journey, they realized that their national ministry to teenagers would benefit from the same clarity process. Six months later, in April of 2004, they contracted with Auxano and began a two-year relationship to integrate staff structure, leadership development, brand marketing and stewardship development around a clear and compelling vision.
