Magnetic teams are made up of individuals, each of whom have two things in common. First, they are passionate and enthusiastic about the ministry’s mission. Second, with your support, they are in as Jim Collins says, the “right seat on the bus.” Or as we describe it, in their “sweet spot pathway.” What can a leader do to be sure the talent on their team is well placed? How can this create a win-win for the individual and for the ministry?
